Pharmacy Build Out
Client: To Help Everyone (T.H.E) - FQHC Clinic​​
The tenant improvement of approximately 700 square feet to establish a new outpatient pharmacy. The scope of the project includes the complete interior renovation of the designated area to accommodate new services. This involves creating a functional layout that adheres to regulatory requirements, installing necessary fixtures and equipment, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards to optimize the space for efficient workflow while providing a welcoming environment for patients.

Infrastructure Upgrade
Client: St John`s Health Center​
This project involved the replacement of two aging 70-ton air-cooled chillers, a critical infrastructure upgrade aimed at enhancing the facility’s operational efficiency, energy performance, and overall reliability of its cooling systems.
The scope of work included the complete removal and safe disposal of the outdated chiller units, followed by the installation and commissioning of two high-efficiency, state-of-the-art air-cooled chillers. The project required careful planning and phased execution to avoid disruptions to critical health center operations, including coordination with building engineers and adherence to healthcare-specific codes and standards.

Equipment Replacement
Completed tenant improvements for two new mammography rooms in the imaging department to accommodate new units. Scope included installing new LED lighting, new casework, updated finishes, compact replacement casework, and barn doors for each room. Flooring and paint were refreshed to enhance the space. Necessary mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural modifications were made to support the new equipment, with only required adjustments included​

Infusion Pharmacy Expansion
1,200 SF pharmacy expansion as part of a tenant improvement project. This project involved expanding the existing compounding pharmacy within the operational pharmacy space, optimizing workflow efficiency and increasing capacity. The scope included converting an existing storage area into enhanced pharmacy storage, additional processing areas, and improved staff workspaces.
The renovation was carefully planned and executed to minimize disruption to ongoing pharmacy operations. Upgrades included new finishes, casework modifications, lighting enhancements, and necessary mechanical, electrical, and plumbing adjustments to support the expanded facility. The result is a more functional and efficient pharmacy environment, meeting the growing needs of the healthcare provider and ensuring compliance with industry standards.​​

Tenant Improvement
Tenant Improvement Project transformed an existing clinical space into a modern, patient-centered facility designed to enhance comfort and care for women undergoing diagnostic imaging. The project scope included a full interior renovation with a hospitality-inspired design, featuring concierge-style check-in, warm and inviting waiting areas, and resort-like touches tailored to reduce patient anxiety. Advanced imaging technology was integrated throughout the center, including mammography, ultrasound, and X-ray services.

Lobby Refresh
The project involved a comprehensive lobby refresh at a behavioral health facility located in West Los Angeles, with the goal of enhancing the overall patient and visitor experience while supporting the therapeutic mission of the space. The scope included updated finishes, furnishings, lighting, and signage to create a warm, welcoming, and calming environment that reflects the values of dignity, healing, and accessibility; focused on trauma-informed design principles, incorporating soft, neutral color palettes, biophilic elements, and durable yet inviting materials to ensure a balance between safety and comfort.
Close coordination with clinical staff, administrators, and facilities management was essential to minimize disruption to ongoing operations. The refreshed lobby now serves as a modern, inclusive space that promotes a sense of ease and reassurance for all who enter.
